What is Red Chair?

A safe and trusted space of self-discovery.

A safe and trusted space of self-discovery.

As more people become curious about Red Chair, I thought it would be helpful to do a short post and answer a few questions.

WHO SPENDS TIME IN THEIR RED CHAIR?

Women in professional and leadership roles

I created Red Chair for women in professional and leadership roles.

I help them see their strengths and own their successes so they can create change for themselves and others.

Men in professional and leadership roles

I also partner with men in professional and leadership roles who know that meeting business objectives happens because of the people.

WHAT DO WE DO IN THE SPACE OF RED CHAIR?

RED CHAIR GROUP COACHING PROGRAMS

Group programs where women explore what it means to lead, identify their successes and strengths, clarify how and what they want to influence, and make a plan to achieve it.

ONE-ON-ONE COACHING

For women and men who desire to lead with power and grace.

COACHING WITH HORSES @ RED CHAIR RANCH

For individuals and teams who are ready to go a little deeper on their path of self discovery through partnering with me and my wise herd.

WHY SPEND TIME IN MY RED CHAIR?

Because being a person of influence requires us to know ourselves.

Knowing ourselves requires us to be vulnerable, curious, and courageous.

Knowing ourselves takes time. We do not evolve through a click of a mouse.

You will partner with a coach who has held leadership roles and recognized the need for this space.

You will partner with a coach who does her best to walk the talk and live in alignment with the Red Chair values - curiosity, honesty, authenticity, intentionality and respect.

HOW DO I START?

First, answer these questions.

What made me curious about Red Chair?

How could some time in my Red Chair help me move forward as a person who influences and leads?

How committed am I to invest in myself?

Then, reach out for a conversation!
