Clarity Instills Confidence

As I partner with women through Leadership Immersion, I continue to be humbled how time in their Red Chair helps women create clarity about why they want to lead and how they want to do that.

They come from all sectors. All age groups. And at all points in their careers.

It is interesting to observe women’s journeys over 4 intensive half day sessions. Pretty much everyone has busy schedules and could easily choose not to show up.

And yet they do.

And when we come back together the 2nd, 3rd and 4th weeks, they tell me they have looked forward to it. And when we meet for our one-on-one afterwards, they tell me they missed being in their Red Chair on what would have been our 5th week.

Red Chair Leadership Immersion is unique.

It provides a safe and trusted space to pause, look inward, explore outward, and clarify what you want for yourself in your career and in your life.

Red Chair Leadership Immersion is a non-horse Red Chair experience. However a session with the horses can always be added, now that we are headed into spring.
