Reflect & Renew Retreat - Time to be Present and Notice

Our world bombards us with information and stimuli that can make it difficult for us to be present and notice what is going on for us.

Couple that with the fact that a lot of that information is not factual.

And that we can be really good at making stuff up for ourselves that is not helpful.

It is easy for us to take the information coming at us and together with our doubts and insecurities, find ourselves confused and stuck.

This past week, the herd and I hosted another Reflect & Renew Retreat at the Ranch. Having spent some time reflecting on what their intention was for the day, most arrived unsure of what the day would hold.

Which is fair.

Unless you have been coached by a horse in a round pen before, how could you know what it is like?

Every reflective round pen session was different and what the individual needed it to be.

Each horse reacting to the individuals energy, their thoughts, emotions and actions, as I asked powerful questions.

Each individual leaving with a new belief about themselves or their life that will help them move forward.

Time for reflection.

Time to create clarity.

Time for tears.

Time to laugh.

The next Reflect & Renew Retreat is Friday, August 18th.

Register at least a week in advance to give you time for the reflective exercise that will be provided to you.
