Leaders who Create Clarity Contribute to Personal and Organizational Well-Being

We are living in a fast-paced world, with a lot of information and data at our finger tips.

It can clog our thinking.

Confuse us.

Challenge our ability to focus.

Ourselves.

Our organizations.

This can create stress which presents itself in different ways for each of us.

We are living during a time where work continues to be re-imagined.

Re-invented.

We are challenged to consider how we create belonging.

Community.

Connection.

Shared focus.

Results.

This too, can cause us stress as we consider how we lead.

Ourselves.

Others.

With increasing demands on us and our time, it can often feel like we can’t take time to stop and reflect.

We feel like we should be doing something.

Taking action.

A wise leader early in my career would often say to me, “Shannon, go slow to go fast”.

This stuck with me and has served me well - when I paid attention to it.

When we spend time in our Red Chair, we are purposefully going slow so we can go fast.

We recognize that taking time to reflect is not a luxury.

It is a necessity.

That taking time to see, hear, think, and feel, enables us to take clear and intentional action.

When professionals choose to spend time in their Red Chair, they are choosing to take time to reflect.

It is then that they notice, see, and question.

It is then that they are able to take informed and intentional action.

It is then that they are able to move faster and with more ease. Experiencing a greater degree of well-being.

Creating Clarity from Within is a good way to start taking time in your Red Chair.

On your own time.

As it works for you.

Taking time to identify what it is we need to gain clarity about, and then creating a plan so we can take intentional action, not only makes us stronger leaders, it contributes to our overall health and well-being. And to the health and well-being of our staff and our organization.

Curious how the horses help us gain clarity?

Time with the Red Chair Ranch herd offers you the potential to gain clarity in ways that can be hard to explain, difficult to forget, and will change how you see yourself and the world around you.

It is when we have the courage to look within, that we can truly lead ourselves and others.
