Our unique offering is coaching with the Red Chair Ranch herd. These transformative experiences facilitate an awareness about yourself that is hard to achieve through conventional coaching approaches.
Six-Month Coaching Package
Includes 12 coaching connections:
One Discovery Session at the Ranch (5 hrs) or 2.5 hour virtual onboarding call
11 virtual coaching sessions – substitute up to three for coaching with the herd sessions
Creating Clarity from Within – online course
Core Strengths Inventory or EQi 2.0
Various self-assessments as applicable
Emails and calls between coaching connections based on availability.
Investment: $6000.00 +gst
12-Month Coaching Package
Includes 24 coaching connections:
One Discovery Session at the Ranch (5 hrs) or 2.5 hour virtual onboarding call
23 virtual coaching sessions - – substitute up to five for coaching with the herd sessions
Creating Clarity from Within – online course
Core Strengths Inventory or EQi 2.0
Various self-assessments as applicable
Emails and calls between coaching connections based on availability.
